X Omni Vineyard

X Omni is owned by father and son Craig and Gavin Williams. In 2012, after a long career making the wines at Joseph Phelps, Craig set out to plant thirty-two different clones and cuttings of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir of the highest provenance, over sixteen acres on a cool site exhibiting remarkably rocky volcanic soils. Gavin works alongside local vineyard manager Stirling Fox to tend the vines with the utmost care and precision, farming within LIVE and organic guidelines, prohibiting the use of any herbicide.
