Discover limited-production, cellar-worthy wines in the place where they are grown and made.

Abbott Claim is open seven days per week.

Your personalized 90-minute experience begins with a guided tour of our active winery and an intimate look at the philosophy behind each vintage. You will then settle into a private table in our candlelit underground cave for a seated tasting of wines crafted to reward both immediate enjoyment and careful cellaring.

Each visit pairs world-class Oregon wine with warm, personal hospitality and a deeper connection to the land, people, and ideas behind it.

Tastings are primarily by reservation to ensure attentive, personalized hospitality. Walk-ins and same-day visits are welcome as availability permits.

Duration
Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your experience.

Dress Comfortably
A portion of your visit takes place in our underground, temperature-controlled cellar. We recommend dressing warmly. Pendleton blankets are provided.

Connectivity
Cell reception is unavailable in the cellar during portions of the experience.

Reservations
Reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are subject to the full reservation fee.

Children
Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian and must remain with them throughout the experience. Children do not count toward your reservation total; however, we kindly ask that they be included in your reservation notes so we can prepare accordingly.

Non-Drinking Guests
Guests who will not be tasting are welcome to join at no charge. Please note this in your reservation notes so we can prepare for your visit.

Food & Pets
Outside food, picnics, and pets cannot be accommodated due to active winery operations and for the enjoyment of all guests.

Dietary Restrictions
Please include any dietary restrictions in your reservation notes.

Group Reservations
Reservations for up to 6 guests may be booked online.
For groups of 7 or more, please contact our Hospitality Team at connect@abbottclaim.com or (503) 862-9486 (text only) or (503) 687-3839 (call only).

Parties of 8 or more are subject to a $125 per person tasting fee and a 20% hospitality gratuity. To preserve the intimacy of the experience, groups larger than 12 guests may be seated across multiple tables.
